Women and weights

Join us for 4 free classes to feel empowered and confident in the gym! You will learn strength training basics, how to feel prepared on a fitness journey, how to listen to your body and more.

Wednesdays (Session 1)
  • Class dates: 2/26, 3/5, 3/12 and 3/19
  • 4-5pm in Studio A
Thursdays (Session 2)
  • Class dates: 2/27, 3/6, 3/13 and 3/20
  • 6:30-7:30pm in Studio B
